A very large living cum dining room offers a lovely gathering point in the house with sun streaming thru the large arched doorway with views . wi fi is offered . On the ground floor there is an entrance sitting room , 2 double bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub and shower . The kitchen is also found on this level . Fully equipped with everything you need. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms with an additional 2.5 bathrooms.
The loggia has seating for all with views of the vineyards, hilltop town across the river and to Florence. BBQ
Close to public transport and all shops. For those that like to walk you can reach by foot the town and also local train station, Florence is a short 16min ride.

Hire car, if you are not scared of walking up a hill then you can leave the car and reach the town , pizzerias and shop by foot and also the local train and bus .
