The master bedroom and the guest bedroom have a king-size bed, and the third bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed. In the 4th bedroom there are 2 single beds as a loft bed. The master bathroom has a comfortable bathtub, shower, toilet and 2 sinks. The second bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet and has direct access to the pool area. 3 bedrooms have a TV.
The outdoor area extends almost the entire width of the house and is fenced off with a pool screen. The electrically heated saltwater pool (no chlorine smell & particularly skin-friendly) invites you to relax and unwind. The pool is south facing and the covered seating area with a gas grill is ideal for sociable barbecue evenings. A total of 4 comfortable sun loungers are also available.

We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.
Smoking is not permitted in this villa.
