Themis villa is a large 4 bedroom villa in beautiful Protaras. Located in the St Elias Area on a quiet road. Outside there is a large private swimming pool with built in roman steps at the shallow end of the pool and ladders into the deep end. The spacious pool area has 8 sun beds, an outside shower, a built in traditional BBQ area, pergola area with weaving for shade, a relaxing seating area.
Themis villa is just a 20-25 minute walk from Protaras with its vast array of bars and restaurants and the local beach ideal for snorkeling and swimming, or test your hand at a bit of water sports, take a boat trip or a wander around the walkways.
The villa has four comfortable bedrooms, two bedrooms with king beds. Both rooms have balcony access overlooking the stunning St Elias Church, wardrobes, mirror and shelf, stool, air conditioning and ceiling fan. The master room also has a TV with an amazon firestick. The two twin rooms (one situated on the ground floor) both have wardrobes and mirrors and two single beds in each & air conditioning units. The twin room upstairs has a TV that you can use to plug your media/devices into.
The villa offers free high speed Wi-fi internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and fridge freezer etc. so everything you need is to hand. A spacious and cool villa with shutters which is most certainly a comfy home away from home!
You will have full access to everything in the villa and the pool area.

its a quite area, not overcrowded and the plot sizes are large. the area is fresh and breezy.
Protaras has a wide array of restaurants, beaches and fun family friendly activities to choose from. You're not far from the beautiful St. Elias church which is set atop a large hill visible to the entire area. At the foot of the hill is (in my opinion at least) the best sandwich shop in town!
If your looking for nightlife Ayia Napa is only 10 minutes away by car or bus and you'll find bars and clubs to suit your interests.
Alternatively in Ayia Napa there is a year round fair ground with rides suitable for all age groups. Maybe go on a fantastic boat tour of the Famagusta coastline based out of the marina. There are plenty to choose from and a wide range of prices depending on what you are looking for.
You don't have to walk too far to the nearest taverna or restaurant but grabbing groceries will take you out quite a bit further. Car hire is recommended which we will be happy to arrange for you if you'd like.
