The residence Les Jardins opens its doors and welcomes you in one of its numerous villas with or without private pool for a vacation that will exceed your expectations.
On site, discover the gastronomic restaurant La Ferme de Villeneuve that will serve you refined dishes from the region. Come and taste delicious fish with seasonal vegetables. You can also enjoy the mini-golf and tennis court. Children will enjoy the playground. At the reception you can rent a bicycle, ideal for a trip to the beach or to discover the many coasts of the Atlantic coast. WIFI is available free of charge in all villas. During high season (01/07-26/08), the snack bar offers you a varied snack menu: pizzas, roast chicken, fries, cold drinks, ice creams.
The town center of Les Sables d'Olonne is 5 km from the residence thanks to the bike path that passes right in front of the residence. Rent your bikes at the reception, guaranteed a relaxing day! Les Sables d'Olonne is famous for its water sports. The large sandy beach offers various activities for young and old, surfing, windsurfing, building sandcastles.... Stroll along the promenade of Les Sables d'Olonne and enjoy a delicious cocktail on the terrace overlooking a beautiful sunset!
The Vendée is considered one of the most beautiful regions of France with a higher number of sunshine hours than the national average. The reception team is at your service to inform you about activities in the area. The great amusement park Puy du Fou, located 1 hour from our park is a must, a trip back in time that takes you to the era of Vikings and knights, to the delight of all! A day trip to the ile d'Yeu shows you rich and unspoiled landscapes, a visit to the zoo of les Sables d'Olonne introduces you to over 300 animal species, a day at Le Grand Défi offers various activities such as the climbing forest, laser gaming, paintball... For golf lovers, the Vendée offers 5 18-hole golf courses, including Golf des Sables d'Olonne, 10 km from our park. Do the ladies want to relax? Walk in to wellness institute Neroli to enjoy a relaxing massage.
This 8-person Sophora villa with pool offers 110m2 of living space and has one floor.
You will find 4 bedrooms for 8 people (the sleeping arrangement varies from villa to villa, it is possible that there is a bunk bed in one of the bedrooms), 1 bathroom with bath and/or shower, toilet, and a shower room with shower and toilet (on the second floor), a large living room with flat screen TV, sitting area with sofas, sitting area with dining table, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, hob, coffee maker, toaster. Each villa is equipped with a washing machine.
Outside you can enjoy your private and partially fenced garden, with private pool (open from April 1 to September 30). Pool heating is an option at 22€ per day from April 1 to June 30 and from August 27 to September 30. During the period from 01/07 to 26/08, the pool heating option is included in the rental price.
Some villas are also equipped with a barbecue, so don't hesitate to ask about it when booking.
