Villa has ocean views. It has 2 floors and a solarium.

The first consists of: three rooms for 6 people, 2 bathrooms, one of them with a bathroom and the second with a hydromassage shower. One of the three bedrooms is a spacious Suite bedroom (the bed size is 200 cm x 200 cm), which has its own individual bathroom, shower and dressing room. The second bedroom is a children's room with two separate beds of 90 cm 190 cm. The third bedroom is a junior suite with a bed (135 cm x 190 cm) and natural teak furniture.

The second floor consists of: Three rooms for 6 people. Spacious sunny suite with a 200 x 200 cm double bed and access to a large covered terrace with views of the sea, the pine forest and the surroundings. The suite is equipped with a private bathroom and a separate shower with underfloor heating and power showers.
The second bedroom is a room with two separate beds (90 cm x 190 cm). The third bedroom is a junior suite with a king-size bed (135 cm x 190 cm) and natural teak furniture.
All the bathrooms are decorated in marble with onyx details, with LED lights and ceilings that imitate the starry sky.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary equipment from the Smeg brand: fridge, oven, induction cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and electric kettle and is completed with Villeroy & Boch tableware.

Large living room with exit to the garden and overlooking the sea, it has a covered entrance porch with a folding awning, an outdoor table and a sofa to enjoy breakfast and dinner outdoors.
