Description

The brand new water park Oane Poel is located in the midst of the Friesian water sports region. The homes are located directly on the banks of the Terhernster Poelen, at the edge of the characteristic village of Terherne. The centre of Sneek is only 6 km by boat or car. With its many terraces on the water and the charming atmosphere of the passing boats and sailboats, you can really enjoy all of the water sports. But you can also enjoy activities on land on the expansive cycling and walking paths. The nearby Frisian towns of Joure, Heerenveen or Leeuwarden are worth a visit. Each home is located right on the water and has its own dock. It is possible to hire bicycles or boats at the park, so you can sail right from your home to the Terhernster Poelen. The villas are located spread out over the park. The apartments all have complete and modern furnishings and all have contemporary equipment. Each villa has its own lounge area. There is a connected and single-level accommodation for 4 people (NL-8493-05). There are also semi-detached variants with two floors; a 4-pers. villa (NL-8493-06) and a 6-pers. variant (NL-8493-07). Finally, there are the detached villas for 8 persons (NL-8493-16) and 10 persons (NL-8493-08). The NL-8493-08 are two types joined by a door in the living room. All villas have a garden with terrace and garden furniture.

Specifics
• If your pet is not requested, access to the park and the booked accommodation may be refused upon arrival. To arrange this, contact the customer service centre.
• Reservations done by companies for their own employees are always on request. Should a reservation be made, the following two nights will be charged: a maximum of 1 employee per bedroom, every two weeks extra will be charged.
• Addresses for groups of people under the age of 22 are not allowed and companies with persons under 30 years of age, treatment must first be requested. Also in groups other than traveling together in families an extra deposit of € 50 p.p.

• You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately
• If permission is not given for your pet then entry to the park and the reserved accommodation may be refused upon arrival
• Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted
• The holiday home is exclusively available for recreation purpose only
• The national policy is aimed at minimizing social contacts with others and ensuring (hand) hygiene. At holiday parks the amenities such as entertainment, kids club, swimming pool, wellness and the restaurants may have altered opening hours or might be closed. As soon as it is possible according to government advice, facilities will be opened once again.
