Built in traditional Jamaican style, the colonial Kiyana features homely and modern design and decor indoors and ample space outside for you to lounge or have fun in! The climate is special and as a result the villa ensures that it fully exploits the cool breeze, sunlight and spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and the Cardiff Hall hills!

Stepping indoors, you will be greeted by a spectacular open-plan living room. Relax with one another as cool Jamaican breeze wafts through the living area as you recline on the plump and cosy sofas around the wall-mounted television. With grocery service to your door and a private chef, treat you and fellow travellers to the finest Jamaican cuisine and meals can be prepped and served on the dining table, with seating for up to eight guests.

Three quaint rooms, splashed with touches of colour make for your place to rest. As you kick back on your snuggly double bed as you can gaze at your choice of the Caribbean Sea or the hills and mountains across the region. Each bedroom comes with a handy en-suite bathroom and a wrap-around balcony sits outside each bedroom for you to sip your morning brew or enjoy a nightly cap!

Downstairs, all along the living area, sliding doors allow access to the expansive outdoor area. On one side, silky-soft grass that has been immaculately kept provides a palm-tree shading space for you to truly take it easy! Relax on sun-beds or the gazebo on stylish chairs and take in the vast, azure waters of the sea. To the other side of the living area you can jump straight into the gorgeous outdoor pool, big enough for a few laps or for everyone to get in! More sun-loungers and seats mean you can simply chill out and bathe in the ray of the sun!
