The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 12 or outside, in the garden, on the terrace or on the balcony enjoying views of the swimming pool and the mountains.
The villa has 5 comfortable bedrooms, 4 including a double bed, and 1 including 2 single beds, The 2 bathrooms are fitted with a shower. A separate toilet is available
The villa features air conditioning, a washing machine, a dressing room, a fan, central heating, ironing equipment, a desk, cleaning products and a vacuum cleaner.
Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 200 euros to be paid on site. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 11 euros per person to be paid on site. Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 15 euros per person to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 1.16 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are allowed on demand. Parties are not allowed.
The pool is under construction and will be available from july 2nd. The villa is composed of two apartments, which you will enjoy in full. there are two kitchens and two living rooms. 3 tea towels can be available at the price of 8€ .
