The condo does not have air conditioning. Fans are provided.

Parking: The unit has a private parking garage with space for two SUVs and overflow parking, if available.

Location: In the Trees is a five-minute walk to Snow Park, making getting to the chairlift a snap. The free city-wide shuttle is available nearby to get to Historic Main Street and the greater Park City area.
