This beautiful magnificent detached villa is just built in 2018 and ready for the season for our precious guests. We can say this villa is in best location; right in the centre of Dalyan(Gulpinar area of Dalyan) and in a quiet/peaceful place. The villa is really luxury and exclusively completed to the highest standards, comprising 4 en-suite bedrooms: 1 double bedroom is on the ground floor which is good for disable people to use; 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms are on upstairs with balconies. The villa is fully air-conditioned and all bedrooms en-suite are very spacious. 8 people can sleep in bedrooms and if it’s necessary 2 kids could sleep on couch where is in living area. The villa has an open-plan kitchen on the ground floor, with fully fitted kitchen and lounge with TV. It is set in a private, walled, landscaped garden with a variety of interesting plants and fruit trees. There is a private large size swimming pool and a sun terrace with sun loungers.There is a dining table for up to 10 people in the terrace area for eating, drinking and sitting.
