Quietly nestled in a picturesque village, less than a 10-minute walk from three local beaches, this spacious holiday escape comfortably sleeps 12 guests. Arranged over two floors, connected by an external staircase, the house is designed for alfresco living and enjoys its own private pool, a sun terrace with loungers, a BBQ and an expansive garden.
Inside, the open-plan living area incorporates a large dining table, with 12 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen fitted with; an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer and a breakfast bar with two bar stools. Sliding doors lead through to a bright and airy TV room furnished with a large corner sofa and a flat-screen TV. Three sets of floor-to-ceiling French doors flood the living areas with natural light and lead out to the terrace.

The property is conveniently located less than a 10-minute walk from three local beaches and a small marina where visitors can hire a boat or take an excursion.
The property’s central location in Istria makes it a great base for exploring the wider region. Visitors can easily take day trips to popular local towns including; Pula (a 50-minute drive) with its Roman amphitheatre, Motovun (a 53-minute drive) known for truffle hunting, Poreč (a 45-minute drive) with its UNESCO-listed Euphrasian Basilica and Pazin with its’ medieval fortress (a 35-minute drive). The closest town is Rovinj, a 10-minute drive away.
Rovinj is built on a small peninsula surrounded by a group of 20 islands and islets that make up the Rovinj Archipelago. These islands are known for their natural beauty, crystal-clear waters and opportunities for swimming, snorkelling, and boating. The town has a vibrant arts and cultural scene, with numerous galleries, studios and exhibitions showcasing the work of local artists. The heart of Rovinj’s old town is characterised by narrow cobblestone streets, colourful buildings and has a Venetian influence in its architecture. The town’s most prominent landmark is the Church of St. Euphemia which offers a panoramic view of the town and the sea from its bell tower.
There are also a number of shops, restaurants and other facilities in the nearby resort including an indoor aquatic centre and fitness centre offering a sauna, solarium and massage center.
The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor pursuits. Apart from beach activities, you can enjoy hiking, biking, rock climbing, tennis, mini golf, riding, fishing (permits required) and water sports such as kayaking, diving, sailing, water skiing, windsurfing and surfing. The forest park Zlatni Rt is an 11-minute drive away and is a paradise for climbers and nature lovers.
The closest airport to the accommodation is Pula (PUY) a 40-minute drive away. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2024 to the 30th of September 2024
