Casa Roza is located in a small Istrian village Barboj, close to Kanegra Beach and Umag. Cateringup to 10 people optimally, the villa can be flexibly arranged to accommodate an extra guest, maxing to 11 people. This splendid accommodation provides ample conveniences ensuring a comfortable stay. The Villa boasts of 5 beautifully decorated double bedrooms, with ensuite bathrooms, a dining room, a kitchen, and a living room. The villa includes free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Outside, there is a large garden with over 1000m² of lawn, a gazebo, a dining table, a BBQ, and on the other side of the villa, a large 12x4m swimming pool.
The holiday house is situated along a local road, just 1 km from the beaches of the Kanegra tourist resort, 4 km from Savudrija, and 5 km from the Old Town of Umag and the ATP Center Stella Maris. There are also many bicycle routes nearby, such as Parenzana. The nearest restaurant is only 100m away, a shop is 2 km, a larger shopping center is 5 km, and Slovenia is just 10 km away.
Our Villa is positioned just 1 km from the beaches of the Kanegra tourist resort, famous for its turquoise waters and white pebbles,and a few kilometers away fromSavudrija, where you can visit the oldest operating lighthouse on the Adriatic. The beach there is quite rocky but stunningly beautiful.
You'll also find quite a few local vineyards and olive groves that offer amazing wine tasting and farm-to-table dining experiences. Valica is located in the Istrian region, well-known for its wines, so wine lovers should also visit the Kozlovic and Kabola wineries.
For the adventurous souls, there are quite a few cycling and hiking spots in the nearby protected natural area, Park Forest Šijana. It's a good place to jog, bike, or walk.
Golfers can head to the Golf Club Adriatic only a short drive away.
History enthusiasts should visit the nearby town of Umag, where you can stroll through cobbled streets and explore the Church of St. Mary and St. Peregrine, and the Umag Town Museum that displays archaeological findings dating back to the Roman times.
