The Dos Olas complex consists of 2 separate modern 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom villas. These can be rented separately or together. Located in the heart of Playa Pelada, Nosara, Costa Rica, you will be a short walk to white sand beaches. The villas are not off a major road, which affords them a great deal of peace and privacy. Imagine yourself lounging in your hammock by the pool surrounded by tropical jungle and the sounds of monkeys and birds. It's the perfect Costa Rican getaway.
The space
Only a four minute walk from the beach, Dos Olas 1 is a stunning new vacation rental consisting of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a beautiful indoor/outdoor living area. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and plenty of built in storage to accommodate larger groups and families. The homes’ contemporary design carries an important consideration for minimalism and functionality.
The natural lighting in the villas is one of its many highlights. The high teak ceilings throughout open up the space. Every room has sliding doors to a large covered patio with teak ceilings, fans and plenty of shade of lounging, eating al fresco or entertaining. Each pool is landscaped with plenty of open space and garden.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, walk-out patio, a large walk-in closet and an ensuite rain shower.
The second bedroom has a custom-designed bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top.
There is a second bathroom with a shower for the second bedroom and guests.
Each room comes with high-efficiency AC.
Guest access
Although there is a laundry room onsite, the laundry appliances are for the use of the cleaning ladies only. We will be more than happy to do laundry for you when the cleaning ladies come once a week.
If you require additional cleaning services, it will be our pleasure to quote you for the extra time spent.
Other things to note:
The Playa Guiones, Playa Pelada and surrounding areas of Nosara are rapidly growing communities. As such, there may be noise from construction projects in the area typically between the hours of 7am and 5pm, but can begin as early as 6am. We do our best to update our properties impacted by construction, however, we are not always provided advance notice of a project. If you have any questions at all, please contact us in advance of booking your stay as refunds and concessions will not be given for any of the reasons above as they are beyond the control of the homeowner and property manager. Home and property are privately owned; the Owner(s) and Manager(s) are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Owner(s) are not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
There are no lifeguards supervising the pool, so please ensure children are supervised at all times.
By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
Check in time is between the hours of 4PM and 9PM. If you plan on arriving later that 6PM, please advise the Villas Dos Olas management team through Airbnb, as we will check you in virtually the night of, and offer you a proper welcome the next morning. Late checkout may be available by request. Requests must be received by chat 24 hours in advance of your designated checkout day and time. Thank you for helping us timely prepare the home for the next arrival.
Smoking is NOT allowed inside any unit. Smoking is allowed outside only.
People other than those in the guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
Only use appliances for their intended uses. Please do not use knives to open coconuts as they will break.
Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only.
Bathroom towels from the home are not to be taken to the beach.
Keys: Rental Party agrees to return all keys immediately upon checkout. Failure to do so will result in a $150 charge.
Rental Party agrees not to use the premises for any and all improper purposes nor permit any disturbances to the surrounding inhabitants, neighbors, or nature areas.
When the owners visit and stay in the adjacent property, they may bring down their dogs down with them. Please note that this current house has a fence separating it from the second home on the same property.
