Villa Arc, is a 3-bedroom house with a special charm, especially for its large private outdoor space, surrounded by trees, where it creates an atmosphere of relaxation and tranquility.
Located in a very quiet residential street, at a short distance from Riells beach, 16min on foot and less than 5min drive.

It has a garage, where bicycles can be stored, and where the washing machine is located.
