This stunning 12-room villa spans over 550m2 and boasts rustic furnishings throughout. The villa is spread over three levels and offers plenty of space for guests to relax and unwind.
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living/dining room with a dining table and TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, and electric coffee machine. A bathroom with a bath/bidet/WC and a separate WC complete this level.
The upper floor is accessible via a spiral staircase and features another living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace and a TV. There are four bedrooms on this level, including two rooms with one bed (85 cm) and one french bed (160 cm), one room with two beds (85 cm), and one room with three beds (85 cm). There is also an exterior staircase that leads to another bedroom with one french bed (160 cm) and one room with two beds (85 cm). A kitchen/living room with a dining table and a heating stove, as well as two bathrooms with bidet/WC, a shower/bidet/WC, and a hip bath/bidet/WC, complete this level.
The second upper floor features an open room with one double bed and boasts panoramic views. The room has parquet floors and provides access to a terrace.
The villa comes equipped with a washing machine, iron, and a baby cot suitable for up to two-year-olds. Reserved parking is available at the house, and guests are welcome to bring up to four pets/dogs. Please note that there is no internal connecting door between the separated properties.
It is worth noting that when there are fewer guests staying at the property than the maximum number, not all of the housing units will be available for use.
