On the ground floor you will find a spacious and well equipped kitchen of the highest quality open to a large living-dining room, with a fireplace, TV area and large social areas. On the same floor you will find one bedroom and a toilet. From the living room you have access to the main terrace with infinity pool, out door kitchen, out door shower and a separate toilet. On the terrace there are multiple place for dining and relaxing, depending on your preferences.
On the top floor you have the night and rest area, distributed in three bedrooms and two bath rooms, one of them en suite and a dressing area with fitted wardrobes, and a social area for relaxing. Master bedroom has a fantastic terrace with superb sea views. One of the others bedrooms has too a balcony with nice views to Campello and the mountains.
The bedrooms are air-conditioned and the villa is equipped with freezers, fridges, dishwasher, fresh water tap, oven, microwave oven, espresso machine, Wi-Fi, TV, barbecues, paella burner and in the basement you find a garage with access to laundry room.

The house is accessed by a private street for 3 neighbors, very quiet.
The beaches of Coveta Fumá are 400 meters from the house. The Coveta Fumá square where the bars and restaurants are located is approximately 500 meters away and the town of Campello a few minutes by car.
Arrivals after 10:00 p.m. and departures before 8:00 a.m., and on holidays must be agreed in advance and ask for the costs.
Electricity included 300 kws per week, on consumption if any, it is paid at 0.25 €/KW.
