VILLA PIERA - MALFA AREA
Villa Piera is located on the volcanic island of Salina (the second largest of the Aeolian Islands) to the north of Sicily. The villa is situated in front of Dei Porri Mountain and overlooks the sea and the islands of Alicudi and Filicudi. Just a short walking distance from the beach (900 m) and near to a restaurant (300 m), the villa is also close to the town of Malfa (6 km), where you can find shops and restaurants.
The area boasts a lush, verdant landscape with impressive scenery and keen walkers can walk through the volcanic landscape to the Fossa delle Felci nature reserve, which offers breath-taking views of the peninsula and Mount Etna.
The villa (100 sqm) develops over one level and consists of a main house and a small, detached annex.
In the main house you will find an open plan living room with a sitting area, dining area (with table seating four) and a well-equipped kitchen area. In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom (with double platform bed) and one bathroom (with shower).
In the annex you will find a living room (with sofa), one twin bedroom (with twin platform bed) and one bathroom (with shower).
Outside, you will find a garden with two shaded terraces, one with an outside dining area (with dining table seating four) and one furnished with built-in seating where you can relax. You will also find an outside shower and a hammock.
