This is a cute 1 bedroom cottage with a small loft. The living room has a full size futon and a love seat. It has a kitchen, full size refrigerator, and 1 small bathroom. The outside has a large deck and gas firepit. Also, a gas grill. The location is very convenient to all activities. No pets and no smoking. Great place for a get-a-away family vacation. This house is seasonal available May -October
The condo association has TWO private, quaint, sandy, beaches about 3 cottages down in either direction!! One has a swim platform.
