*COVID-19 FAQ*

Can you accommodate longer stays?
- Yes, absolutely and we offer a monthly discount.

Is the recreation center open?
- The recreation center is now open in a limited capacity. See below for a full breakdown of the current protocols in place for your safety that were shared with us directly from the Waterville Estates Association. Please note that due to the constantly shifting regulations around COVID, these recreation center rules and hours are also constantly changing. We will do our best to update the rules in the listing when we are notified of any changes.

However, we suggest calling the front desk (603 area code, 726 3082) prior to visiting the recreation center to check for updated timings and vacancies.

General safety guidelines/expectations.
- Due to the nature of the novel Coronavirus, we are unable to guarantee that Owners or their guests, using the facilities, will not be exposed. All members, and their guests, will be required to sign a waiver of liability before being granted entry and will be required to sign entry/usage logs for contact tracing purposes. We are opening with responsibility expectations that all users assist in policing themselves for responsible personal conduct, relative to covid guidelines, for their safety and the safety of others. The guidelines include, but are not limited to, social distancing and mask wearing in common areas and require no congregating in lobbies or hallways. We are also asking that guests assist in sanitizing themselves and those chairs, fitness equipment and other items that they use and/or otherwise contact while at the Community Center facilities. Our cleaning staff will be, vigilantly, sanitizing, at all times,... and we have extra staff on, for that purpose and for the purpose of covid compliance oversight. Nevertheless, we are really counting on you to help us create a safe environment for all. Any willful non-compliance with covid guidelines, and/or covid compliance personnel, may result in the indefinite suspension of owners pass privileges.

When will the recreation center and amenities be open?
- As of June 20, 2021:
- Thursday-Saturday 1pm - 8 pm
- Wednesdays 10am-5pm
- These times are constantly being revisited as conditions surrounding the pandemic evolve. To get updated timings, However, please call the front desk (603 area code, 726 3082) prior to visiting the recreation center to check for updated timings and vacancies.

What Will Be Open?
- The Fitness Room
- The fitness room will be open with a limit of 6 people at any one time. We will be running portable Hepa filters for improved air quality. Users will be asked to limit visits to the gym to 1 hour or less. We are not going to implement a reservation system at this time. If usage demands warrant the implementation of a reservation system we will make the decision about such, as circumstances require. Guests will be asked to sanitize equipment that they have used, prior to moving to other equipment. Please come ready to workout, as the locker rooms will not be open, due to renovations underway. Bathrooms on the main level will be available for use.

The Indoor Pools
- Both indoor pools are open for your enjoyment. The indoor pools have a fresh air make-up system running at all times. With the locker rooms closed for renovations, guests will be asked to shower at home and to arrive wearing your suits. Chairs are laid out in estimated family sized groups and may be moved depending on group sizes, so long as social distancing is maintained. Strict adherence to distancing is required in the pools at all times. Please help us by abiding by this important guideline and understand that owners are responsible for their children, and guests, and that each of you is responsible for your fellow owners' well being. Time limits on the pools will be one hour.
- The occupancy limit is 20 for the upper pool and 10 for the lap pool. The indoor spa availability is uncertain at this time. Bathrooms are available for changing out of wet bathing apparel. Please B.Y.O. towels as such will not be available at the center.

The Mountain View Lounge

Adherence to social distancing is expected and will be strictly enforced. If guidelines are not adhered to we will promptly close this and other amenities.

*GENERAL FAQ*

Where is the closest supermarket and will I be able to cook at the cabin?
- Hannaford’s in Plymouth is 15 min drive away for bigger grocery trips. Campton Cupboard General Store is 5 min drive away for smaller things. You will have everything you need to cook meals (i.e. pots, pans, utensils, etc.) and be able to live there for an extended period of time.

I need to WFM. How is the WiFi and the cell coverage?
- Internet service is great – we have the 400mbps plan to ensure fast speeds for anyone who works remotely. Many recent guests have worked during their stay and have had great experiences with it. Cell coverage may depend on your carrier, but we have Verizon and Sprint and they both work well at the cabin.

What are you doing at our place to reduce the risk of the spread of COVID-19?
- We have a comprehensive plan and procedures in place including performing additional deep cleans between each stay - sanitizing all hard surfaces, railings, handles, door knobs, bed frames, night stands, etc.

How big is the development where your cabin is located, many other cabins?
- There’s 500+ cabins within the Waterville Estates. However, it is more of a single family development with plenty of space and privacy between each cabin. Evergreen Estates is secluded at the end of its own cul-de-sac. However, we do share a driveway with out neighbor.

*ADDITIONAL DETAILS*
We've got plenty to do for all ages at the Evergreen Estate. With a wide range of board games, books, all of the major streaming services, and a full community center you'll have access to, there never has to be a dull moment.

For games, we have Scrabble, Settlers of Catan, Codenames, Vers: The Rap Game, Taboo, Jenga, Monopoly Deal, Cards Against Humanity, Twister, Connect 4, Bananagrams, Legos, Poker Chips, and, of course, a good ol' fashioned deck of cards.

For books, we have an eclectic mix of fiction, non-fiction, and children's books, but don't expect a full library. And if you didn't plan on reading anyways, we have Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu, and Amazon TV for kicking back and enjoying a movie (not to mention some popcorn to go with it!).

And to top it all off, we have access to an amazing community center just down the road. This is outfitted with not one, not two, but three pools (and a hot tub)! It also has a full gym if you're looking to get a workout in, a playroom for the kids, a small arcade, and even an outdoor tiki bar by the pool in the warmer months.

Check out the Neighborhood Section below to see what top attractions there are nearby ($20 skiing, waterfall hikes, cafes, restaurants, and more).
