Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom/3.5 bath/single level villa in the exclusive Costa del Sol complex. It lies just steps from the ocean. The master has a king and full bath, the other 2 bedrooms both have 3/4 en suite baths. The 2 twins in the back bedroom have a connector system and linens available to convert to a king. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and an outside patio door.
The house features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to feel right at home: Coffee maker & coffee, blender, toaster, microwave, range with oven, cookware, dinnerware, and basic condiments & seasonings. A water cooler with purified, chilled bottled water is furnished. Washer/Dryer & laundry supplies are provided so you can pack less and travel light. There's even an outside shower to rinse off the sand & salt and clean your dive or snorkeling gear.
The common infinity pool overlooks the beautiful Caribbean Sea, with plenty of loungers, umbrellas, and Wi-Fi. The grounds and pool are meticulously maintained daily.
We have a newly renovated private pier for boats to pick you up for your adventures; diving, fishing, snorkeling & island tours. It's just a 30-second walk from the front door. Imagine relaxing with your morning coffee on the patio watching for your boat to pull in and strolling to the pier before they have the boat tied up! There is even a handy rinse tank for dive gear just off the pier.
Maid & chef services with Jazmin are available to suit your needs. She is a wonderful cook and quite reasonably priced. See her sample menu in the photos. Whether you prefer to completely relax & enjoy daily housekeeping and have all meals prepared for you, or only the occasional services during your stay, we can arrange whatever you wish. A Note on the Cleaning Fee: The daily fee has been calculated to cover a housekeeping visit approximately every 2-3 days during your visit, regardless of the length of your stay.
Costa del Sol is a gated community of 26 private homes, with security staff on-site around the clock. The staff has golf carts handy to help with transporting your bags and groceries to the house.
Diving with a premier operator on the island is available at a nice discount. Our property manager is one of the top local divemasters and works with the first-class scuba operation where we have negotiated special rates on diving and instruction for our guests. He and Jazmin are both natives of Cozumel and know the island intimately. They have great recommendations for all the best local spots for dining, shopping, services, culture, etc.
We also have a few recommendations for deep-sea fishing charters, flats fly-fishing guides, snorkeling, jungle ATV tours, and "wild side" bar/beach hopping tours. We can help with reservations at your request.
We have relationships with a couple of Car/Jeep/Scooter rental companies that offer our guests a discount. We also have contacts for several reliable taxi drivers who are happy to take you anywhere on the island for dinner, drinks, errands, or tours.

COVID-19 info:
Between guests, our maid continues to clean and disinfect all surfaces that someone might touch (switches, handles, knobs, countertops, etc.). Hand sanitizer is always provided. We are also periodically having the house professionally sanitized via electrostatic fumigation that kills viruses in seconds and leaves a microscopic film that provides continued anti-viral protection.
We have a doctor that makes house calls for the required testing for return to the US, with results available in just a couple of hours. It's a very convenient and simple process at a competitive rate. It is a throat swab test with virtually no discomfort. He also supports the PCR NaaT tests needed for Canada.
