Description

On a lake plot by Lake Mälaren, this summer house is located in the Munkhammar area. At the shore is a boat with a motor and a Canadian waiting to take a trip out on the lake. Enjoy breakfast out on the pier or why not a dinner when the sun begins to slide down the horizon. If the jetty feels too close to the water, there is a dining area in a pavilion that can also be connected with mosquito nets so that you can sit undisturbed from flying all evening. The food is preferably prepared on a very practical and new gas grill. The plot is shared with another house, but the jetty, boat and patios are only for you as a tenant. You are welcomed to the house which has a covered small terrace with a small garden furniture and a direct access to the kitchen via a patio door. There is also an extra toilet with sink and exit to the terrace. Inside the main entrance you have a hall with space for outerwear and to the right is the bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen is L-shaped and has all the comforts. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, sink and a washing machine. The living room has both a dining area and a small sofa bed and here you can enjoy your dinners to the sound of a crackling fire in the stove when the weather does not allow you to eat outdoors. The adjoining TV room has a comfortable sofa bed as well as armchairs and lovely panoramic views of Lake Mälaren. The TV room can be screened with blinds towards the dining area. Lillstugan has its own small terrace with outdoor furniture and a small kitchen with coffee maker, kettle, fridge freezer, stove with oven and a microwave. In the cottage there is in addition to a small dining area, where you can enjoy your morning coffee and look out over Lake Mälaren, also a private bathroom. In Lillstugan you sleep in a bunk bed and in a sofa bed. There is plenty of space to park the car at the entrance and there is easy access to the house. In the area around Kvicksund there is much to discover. Many castles and manors with well-preserved culture for the interested and in nearby Eskilstuna there are several museums and activities that suit both large and small.
