Description

Chalet Les Cascades is part of the Fermes de Samoëns residence situated on the outskirts of the village, approx 10 minutes walk to the centre. The residence has an indoor swimming pool, available during the ski and summer seasons, and an outdoor swimming pool, open in July and August only. There is paid WIFI available on site
The chalet has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan living area. There is a terrace at the back with beautiful views of the mountains. The closest ski bus is just outside the residence. .

As you enter the chalet you'll find storage cupboards to the left and right of the front door as well as the downstairs shower room and WC.

The open plan living area comprises of the kitchen, dining room and lounge, there are USB charging points throughout. The kitchen is equipped with, fridge freezer, combi-oven, dishwasher, two fondue sets and a filter coffee machine.
The dining table comfortably sits 8 and can also double up as a work space if you need to bring work away with you. Double doors to the rear of the chalet give you access to the terrace for exterior dining in the warmer months. The sofa in the lounge can be converted into a sofa bed if required.

On the top floor there are two double bedrooms, one slightly larger with a large wardrobe, the second double bedroom has access to the balcony where you can enjoy spectacular views. The third bedroom is a bunk room, great for the kids, with a TV and PlayStation 3 set up. The second bathroom is on the top floor and has a bath, perfect for relaxing after a hard days skiing or hiking!
