THE VILLA:
Bayside at Bethany Lakes:
This is a tastefully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath property, with wireless high speed internet throughout. The large living room is perfect for relaxing after a “hard” day at the beach or golf course. The gas fireplace adds a romantic touch for those cool evenings. The sunny breakfast area sits off from the well equipped gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar.

The family room is ideal for enjoying your favorite shows on the HDTV with DVD and the stereo equipment. In addition, each bedroom boasts a TV for individual programming choices. The 2-car garage allows for secure parking, with ample overflow parking at the side of the unit.

The summer rental period is from Saturday to Saturday.

As consideration to other guests, NO PETS or SMOKING is allowed in the villa.

Renters must include an adult over the age of 23.

FEES
Select the desired rental period to see the rate for that period.

Payments by Credit cards are accepted with a 3% bank convenience fee charged. There is no fee for paying VRBO/Homeaway by check or e-Check.

Cleaning fees included in full-week rentals. For less than 7-days, the fee is $100 to $150.

Rates subject to change until confirmed.

Refundable security deposit of $300 required.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A cancellation that is made at least 60 days before check in will result in a 100% refund. A cancellation that is made between 30 and 60 days before check in will result in a 50% refund. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, or cancellations that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.

THE CLUBHOUSE:
The jewel of the complex is the luxurious 15,000 square foot clubhouse. This award winning facility which provides a panoramic view of the Indian River Bay includes indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tub, steam rooms, state of the art fitness center, a large great room and flat panel TV's in several rooms, meeting rooms, game room with pool table, ping-pong table and video games. Enjoy fishing/crabbing at the pier, the walking trails or the 2 tennis courts outside the Clubhouse. A golf course is in walking distance across from our complex. If you choose to use the facilities of the Clubhouse, there is a separate Clubhouse fee of $30 per person per week or a daily fee of $8 per person (over age four).


ATTRACTIONS:
We are located 2 miles from downtown Bethany Beach, which is conveniently located between Ocean City and Dewey Beach/Rehoboth/Lewis. Rehoboth has over 140 sales tax free discount outlet stores. Bethany Beach, Rehoboth and Ocean City provide a variety of boardwalk attractions, shops, restaurants, and amusements. Nearby you will find top rated restaurants and grocery stores. You are also driving distance away several Delaware Park Beaches in North & South of Bethany Beach for additional ocean swimming, surf fishing and surfing activities.
