Amazing private swimming pool Villa , 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, located in the center Patong in a secured gated villa community (yes the private swimming pool and the villa is only for you,and your group, and no one will share it with you )the swimming pool waterfall and jacuzzi has just been remodelled in Oct 2020 ,
The swimming pool size -The Length is 9 meters and the Width is 3 meters, the pool include jacuzzi and a waterfall ,
The villa located in Patong beach about 1.4 KM from the beach nightlife, (Bangla road.), and the 2 large shopping mall (Jungceylone and Central ),and the famous nightly food Market (Banzan) , we have 6 time per week maid service ,towel and linen service, the villa is close to all, few minutes walk to markets and restaurants, 7/11, laundry, pharmacy, any kind of transportation , car rental motorbike rental.
4 bedroom 3 bathroom, On the 1st floor there is fully equipped western kitchen for cooking, and all the usual utensils and kitchen appliances are available.
Living room with a pool table ,and large 55 " led smart TV , and sound system , there is another family room on the second floor with large 50 " TV , there is free Wi-Fi around the house , and 2 safe deposit boxes , we have a villa manager on a call and a maintenance man ,all rooms have an air-conditioner .the first bedroom and bathroom located on the first floor the bedroom have a king size bed that can sleep 2 people , The other 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located on the second floor ,first bedroom on the 2nd floor there is one master bedroom with King size bed with and attached ensuite bathroom , The 2nd bedroom on the 2nd floor have a queen size beds that can sleep 2 people , with and attached ensuite bathroom ,the 3rd bedroom on the 2nd floor have a queen size bed that can sleep 2 people, there is another family room on the second floor with large 50 " ,
if you need transportation you can find Taxi, TUKTUK , Motorbike Taxi l , 24 hours a day just 2 minutes walk from the villa , or if you need to rent motorbike we can arrange and deliver to the villa
Yes we are guests friendly up to the number of people that we allowed to be at the villa which is 8 ,The villa is a non smoking villa, smoking permitted only in the garden and pool area

Yes we are guests friendly up to the number of people that we allowed to be at the villa which is 8 ,
The price include free water, internet, 6 time per week maid service, towels change every 2 days, linen every 3 days, on Electricity we give free allowance of -50 units per day for example for 7 nights stay (one week) your free allowance is 350 units that is around 2,450 THB of free electricity ,please turn off the air-condition and lights when you leave the house, and close the windows when the air-condition is on ,over that we charge 7 THB per unit
