The 2 villas overlook one of the rare lagoons of Guadeloupe, remarkable for the varied colors of its bottoms, towering 50 m above an old Saltworks, its mangrove and its vast green spaces in protected areas, with a 10 km fitness trail by the sea : walking, jogging, swimming.

The houses are part of a 3000 m2 property, including 2 completely independent villas, the Nature villa for 6 people (accommodation 260 1552) and the Alizés villa (accommodation 370 2084), for 8 people. Each villa has its private swimming pool. The villas are located 250 m from the saltworks beach, one of the 3 windsurfing spots and surf kit on the island, on a hill ventilated by the trade winds, in a set of large properties, quiet and safe area with:

Marie Galante, Dominica, Les Saintes, and the coast of Basse Terre.

The Villa Nature for 6 people, is located next to the Villa Alizés for 8 people. The 2 villas are not overlooked, and can be rented together or separately (in this case go to the reference: 660 4318).
These villas are separated by a wooden partition and vegetation, and a space of 15 m. Each villa has its "relaxation" swimming pool. Villa Nature has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and a living room, and Villa Alizés has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and a living room. The whole extended by a veranda terrace of 25 m2 with sea view!
The villas were visited by the Clévacances inspector who classified them 4 keys out of 5, for their comfort, their equipment and the environment.

Discounts are granted according to the length of stay, 10% for the 2nd week, 15 and 20% for the 3rd and 4th weeks. Price per month too. Please ask us for the exact price of the stay.

In each villa, you will be safe from prying eyes in their 600 m2 wooded and flowered garden, and by their 3 levels, each couple has their guaranteed privacy. The bedrooms have all the comforts, bathroom, WC, and the suite on the ground floor in addition to the other bedrooms, a dressing room and the pool and garden area see ph: 2. Each level has its view of the islands. Cleaning is provided by Julienne in the package, once a week, gardening and pool maintenance are included.

While at the pool level we will choose lazing on the sun loungers, others will prefer their board game on a garden table except in the shade, permanently ventilated by the trade winds.
Each villa has its 6m relaxing pool, submerged benches to admire the landscape through glass balustrades, 2 depths of pool for children at 1.1m and adults at 1.6m 1.7m.

Grocery stores, butchers, bakers, local pastries, pizzeria producer of Creole sausage are 1.5 km away.

The villas are ideally located on the island for visiting. Equidistant from the 3 points of Guadeloupe: between the Pointe des châteaux and the town of Basse Terre and the same for Deshaies.

Passing through the crossing and its crayfish waterfall, its zoo, its magnificent rainforest and its rivers, where you can also swim in the sweet top, you reach the leeward coast and its diving clubs of Pigeon islet .
