Paradise Palms Villa

Description

When we were looking to buy a place to share with future guests, our primary concern was our guests ability to relax. We feel we found that in this villa. There isn't street noise outside, no noise from a pool, no place for random beach parties to pop up (we have personally experienced all of these issues at nearby condos). All that you hear outside is the relaxing splash of the fountain that is located in the pond off the back balcony of the condo.

This is a spacious 1254 square foot 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom golf villa with a full kitchen. The master suite bathroom has an oversized garden style tub. The condo has 2 private balconies, one of which has a relaxing view overlooking a peaceful pond with lots of turtles. It is on the 2nd floor and there is plenty of parking available right outside the condo, which means short trips from the car with luggage and groceries. The entire villa was redecorated in February 2021.

The property has numerous amenities including a Par-3 golf course, 10 plexicushion tennis courts, 10 shuffleboard courts, 3 pickleball courts, 11 pools, 4 hot tubs, and a kid's splash pad. There are also several places for dining on the property as well as a Starbucks.

When heading to the beach, it is a short walk of less than 6 minutes from the door to the sand. There is a free golf cart shuttle service available that will take you beachside, or you can chose to walk over the private pedestrian bridge to the beach so there is no need to cross any streets with your hands full of beach gear. Although most of the golf villas on the property do not have views of the Gulf, we have a small section of water that we can see from the dining room table and kitchen.

Although we are sure many people would love to bring pets, the resort does not allow any pets for renting guests so you'll need to find other accommodations for them.
