LUXE ON JOE is trimmed with lush gardens, pathways throughout the property that lead to a secluded beach shoreline and a large sundeck off the boathouse. Entertain your guests using one of the many outdoor seating areas overlooking iconic views of Lake Joe. Enjoy the 18' x 75' dock by the shoreline and featuring 4 chaise loungers, an outdoor living room set including a sofa, 2 side chairs, and a coffee and dining table. Inside the boathouse, guests will find a large "L" shaped sofa, 2 side chairs, 2 coffee tables, 2 side tables, and an outdoor dining table that seats 6 with large umbrella. For outdoor entertaining closer to the kitchen, an oval 6 person dining room table is located on stone patio outside the Drawing Room.
