Villa Alba is a spacious and luxury 5 bedroom holiday villa with large private pool and within walking distance to the village of Opio. It offers spacious and confortable accommodation for up to 10 guests.

The villa offers 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms divided over 2 floors. 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor, one with ensuite bathroom and the other two bedrooms share a comfortable family bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms are located on the pool/garden level and offer direct access onto the garden and pool. These two bedrooms share one bathroom.

On the ground floor guests will enjoy a spacious living room with open fireplace, well equipped kitchen and from all rooms large french windows open onto the terraces. One of them is really an extension of the villa as it is covered and offers a beautiful dining and lounging area complemented with a traditional barbecue corner.

On the garden/pool level of the house a large TV den can be found, together with a well equipped laundry room.

The 300m2 villa is set in 2500m2 of private land with lots of flat lawned areas for children to play. The villa's surroundings are very private, quiet and peaceful.

The villa is located within walking distance to the village of Opio and is just a short drive from popular villages such as Valbonne and Mougins. It's roughly 20/30 minutes to the coast and Nice Airport a good half hour. In short, a great basis for exploring the Cote d'Azur.

There are electric gates and there is onsite secure parking for 2/3 cars.
