The luxurious villa Istrian Prestige Panoramica is located in the picturesque village of Brovinje near Labin, in the heart of beautiful Istria. This exclusive holiday home offers an incredible experience with a heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym on a spacious estate of 8420 m2.

The villa spans 4 floors, including a basement, lower ground floor, ground floor, and first floor. In the courtyard, guests can enjoy a large heated overflow pool (64 m2), sunbathing areas, a jacuzzi, an outdoor heated shower, and a covered summer kitchen with a barbecue. This creates a perfect environment for relaxation and enjoying the beauty of Istria.

Inside the villa, the ground floor features a spacious living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, while the first floor houses 4 elegant bedrooms, each with its en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The lower ground floor offers additional entertainment with a gym, sauna, wine cellar, and a game room equipped with a PlayStation 5 console, dartboard, and billiards. Guests can use an additional bathroom with a shower. The basement also includes a garage.

Each room in this newly built, energy-efficient passive holiday home is air-conditioned and has underfloor heating. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa, and LCD TVs provide additional comfort in the living room and each bedroom.
