The property was built in 1798 and was restored and refurbished in 2012 with the maximum respect of its original features. The house with 7 bedrooms rises on a 120 hectares estate. The decoration of the library, the television room, and the living room are characterized by the elegance of simplicity making these enviroments quiet uniques in their style. Regardless of the occupancy of the house the common areas offer so much space in order to warrant privacy also if being in the same ambient with other people. You can always find a corner somewhere with a quiet atmosphere in order to chill. The kitchen has been located not far from the terrace to ease the chance of using it to share outdoor meals together. The inner dining table can offer place for up to 14 people. Of course from the lounge table you can still enjoy wonderful views.
Outdoors
The best area of the property is definitely the external area where you can enjoy the fresh marine breeze that makes the area enjoyable at any time of the day.

The pool area is stunning. The views are unobstructed thanks to slightly elevated teak patio, large enough for playing, arranging a party, or simply enjoying the total peace either in the warm Spanish sun or under the shade of a pine tree. The antique brick owen has been turned in a livable outdoor unit that can be used for cocktail preparation..
The pool house has its own refrigerator and can be equipped with other amenities making it a lively focal point around the pool.

There is a standard 3-hour daily cleaning and pool service included in the rates.
With some planning we can also arrange additional cooking and maid service, as well as organize grocery shopping, car rental, private transfer, babysitting, restaurant/clubbing reservation, luxury motor yacht and offshore boat rental and other sports activities.

Rental rules
A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Check-in time is from 15:00; Checkout time is within 11:00.
A security deposit of 2.000 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
