Surroundings of the villa
In this beautiful detached villa with private swimming pool you are assured of a peaceful environment with many beautiful beaches between La Croix Valmer and Le Lavandou. The villa is very attractively and cosily furnished. There is a partial sea view and a beautiful view of a nature area with hills. The villa can accommodate 8 people.

The villa is located at an altitude of approximately 100 meters on the Mediterranean side of the Massif des Maures, two minutes by car from the beach. In the immediate vicinity many (water and ball) sports can be practiced and places can be visited.

Around the house are four stylishly furnished and cozy terraces and seating areas. The garden (approx. 1000 m2) is well maintained and consists of more or less cascading borders. The villa can be reached via a fence on the street side along a driveway of about 60 m. At the end of the driveway at the house, there is a private parking for at least two cars. The villa offers many opportunities for sunbathing, reading and eating outside on the spacious garden furniture (sun beds and lounge bed). The swimming pool (approx. 3 m by 6 m) is 1.60 m deep.

A delightful and cozy villa in a beautiful setting to spend a holiday in a natural and peaceful environment, with the possibility of visiting the many charming beaches, of which the closest is Plage Pramousquier (by car about 4 minutes), with cozy beach bars (l Ecrain, Tamaris and Akwaba). Shopping is approx. 3 minutes drive and the village of Cavaliere is approx. 5 minutes drive.
And furthermore, there are occasionally two natural phenomena to be observed. For example, with a dark but clear night the Milky Way can be seen and at set times the moon rises in the evening like a huge red ball from the sea.

Furnishing villa
The villa has a comfortable and attractive living room (sitting area and dining area) with all important things such as wireless internet, DVD player, radio / CD player, satellite TV with many channels and a wood burner. The patio doors of the living room give access to the covered terrace. The kitchen has all the amenities, 4 hot plates, microwave, oven / grill, fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric water and milk cooker and Nespresso coffee machine.

The villa has 3 very attractively furnished bedrooms, two of which are located on the level of the living room. The 3rd bedroom is one floor higher. On this floor there is a loft with a sitting area and a sofa bed in addition to the bedroom. Furthermore, this floor borders on a spacious terrace over the entire width of the house with comfortable chairs to relax.

From the terrace there is a modest but clear sea view on three points. In all bedrooms there are double beds (140x200) beautifully laid out with beautiful bedding. There are two bathrooms (shower and sink and one with toilet).
There is also a separate toilet in the home.

The studio
In addition to the 3 bedrooms in the villa there is also a completely newly furnished studio with a living room with kitchen, a bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet on the ground floor.
The bedroom of the studio has a double bed (140x200) and the living room of the studio also has a (new) sofa bed. Here too there is a Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen.

Rental income
Villa Belle Louve is run by a Dutch charitable foundation. The rental income is used to support charities, in particular small humanitarian education and healthcare projects in developing countries.
In consultation with the board you can indicate within the objective of the foundation which project (s) you prefer to support them with 75% of the (basic) rent you paid.
