North Sea Résidence De Banjaard is the perfect home base to explore Zealand. With its unique location between the North Sea, the Oosterschelde and the Veerse Meer this holiday park is a privileged place. De Banjaard also has one of the cleanest and prettiest beaches in the Netherlands. A day trip to the sub-tropical water paradise in Kamperland, Neeltje Jans or a visit to Middelburg are fun excursions you can make from the holiday park. The facilities are housed in a plaza building in 'beach style' which is the core of the park. The Banjaard has villas and houses and there is suitable accommodation for everyone.
This detached, restyled and thatched villa is located on North Sea Residence De Banjaard, only 1 km. from the beach.
The living room is modern and the kitchen is fully and comfortably furnished with various appliances. There are a total of four bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor. All the beds are single box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed or used separately in a twin-room setup. There are two bathrooms, one (ensuite) on the ground floor with shower and one on the first floor with bathtub. On the ground floor there is a separate toilet.
Around the villa you have a nice garden with terrace and garden furniture. There is parking space for one villa.
At Noordzee Résidence De Banjaard, various types of accommodation can be booked for 4 to 16 people.
Specifics
• Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 21.
• Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.
• Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Noorzee Résidence De Banjaard will be closed from Monday 4 November 2024 to Friday 8 November 2024. You are more than welcome to go swimming in the swimming pool at Roompot Beach Resort in Kamperland. This is around a 10 minute-drive away.
• Due to maintenance work, the Roompot Beach Resort swimming pool will be closed from Monday 27 May to Wednesday 29 May 2024. You are more than welcome to go swimming in the De Parel swimming pool at Hof Domburg.
