The 100 m² cottage consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated home office workspace, a washing machine, and a TV. A baby crib is also available.
Your private outdoor space includes a large solarium, an outdoor terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue, and direct access to the vineyard and large olive grove. Finally, an outdoor area awaits you consisting of a large infinity pool that overlooks the valley with woods, vineyards and olive groves and offers a complete fusion with nature-a true natural therapy. Surrounding the pool is a lawn equipped with sunbeds, a pine forest and outdoor shower. The pool is shared with a single apartment that is 100 meters from the cottage (max. 6 people) and is open from June to September.
The cottage is located in the middle of 10 hectares of private land, in a quiet location in the middle of nature and with a 360-degree view of vineyards, olive groves and the valley. Taking beautiful walks in the woods, olive groves and at the local creek to watch birds will be a real pleasure. A 5-minute drive will take you to the lovely town of Castellina in Chianti, one of the most famous towns in the "Chianti Classico (Black Rooster)" region between Siena and Florence.
