Villa "C" is a beautiful remolded home all on one level, no steps even on the boardwalk to the beach! Perfect for a relaxing vacation. An Oceanfront Villa where you can drink your coffee and watch the sunrise from the deck. Sleeps up to eight. Spend some time at this Villa on Amelia Island and you will return.
The main house has a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Spacious dining area, family room, master suite, and master bath. The guest house has two private bedrooms, both guest bedrooms have queen size bed, each with a private, full bath. The buildings are steps away from each other, separated by a nicely newly remodeled landscaped courtyard. Both buildings are encompassed by a privacy fence. Perfect setup.
The master bedroom, with king bed, connects to the master bath by a dressing area containing double sinks. The master bath has a bath and shower.
The large deck on the back of the home faces the ocean, and can be accessed from the family room or the master bedroom.
