Description

Cider House Farm is a wonderful house for large families and groups of friends.
We are less than a mile to Acadia National Park Visitor Center, 2/10ths of a mile to the seashore and the free Islander shuttle stop, and 3 miles from Busy Bar Harbor's shops and restaurants.

Perfectly located at the end of a quiet private lane and set in one and a half peaceful acres. Relax and watch sea gulls wheeling high overhead, inhale the wonderful mixed fragrance of pine needles and salty sea air, listen to bird songs or stroll down to the shore in Hulls Cove to look for sea glass and other treasures that the sea has left behind.

Neighboring Acadia National Park’s scenic carriage roads are unmatched for walking biking and horseback riding. Its breathtaking mountain trails for energetic hikes and its lovely lakes for swimming and canoeing.

A short walk takes you to the little beach at Hulls Cove, the free Island Explorer Shuttle bus stop and our 5 local businesses. The Chart Room Restaurant is right on the water, across the road is Peppers Pizza and Subs, The Hulls Cove General Stores, Wind and Sail Wine and Cheese and The Hulls Cove Post Office.

Complete with original wooden beams and brilliant sunrise and sunset views, Cider House Farm is a house with room for everyone, there is lots of space for playing outdoor games on the big lawns and for grilling and dining on the large wrap around deck. Inside there is plenty of room to be together or find some alone time.
The farm house kitchen has room for multiple cooks and is well stocked with cookware, dinner ware, detergents, sponges, paper towels, napkins, spices etc.

Our bed and bath linens are pure 100% cotton and only laundered with skin sensitive products. Soap, tissues, toilet paper and other necessities are to be found in each bathroom. Floor fans in all the bedrooms team with our cool summer nights for sleeping comfort.

Cider House Farm has been a family farm and apple orchard since 1865, it has seen change but always remained true to its own time and place. We would love to share our little corner of Hulls Cove with you!
