Description

532 Tarpon Pond is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Seabrook Island cottage with all the bells and whistles! This traditional Lowcountry beach cottage is beautifully renovated and boasts charming and luxurious interiors, a tranquil sunroom with stunning marsh views, outdoor BBQ grill and shower, and amenity cards to the Seabrook Island Club, only a short walk or bike ride away!

The main living area consists of a great room, modern updated kitchen and a light filled sunroom with glorious views. The great room is inspired by its Carolina Coastal setting, with many hues of green, coral, grey and blue contrasted with whitewashed wood and brick. The main living area includes a spiral staircase to the loft and a large flat screen TV for entertainment. The sunroom is the place to be with large windows on three sides through which you can see the beautiful Low Country marsh and ponds. The fourth wall is a large, whitewashed accent wall looking back into the great room. The large kitchen is truly a chef’s kitchen in case your stay involves dining in! Quartz countertops and high-end Bosch appliances (including an induction cooktop) are just a few of this kitchen’s updated features. There is a full size laundry room on the main living level for guest convenience.

This tranquil Tarpon Pond cottage sleeps up to 6 people with two bedrooms and a loft. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, a large flat screen TV, a private bathroom with a rainfall showerhead, quartz countertop and vessel sink, and access to the small back deck. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, flatscreen TV and easy access to an enormous spa inspired bathroom with a quartz countertop, vessel sink, a giant soaking tub and large river rock shower. You will have to experience this tranquil retreat to fully appreciate it! A spiral staircase leads to the loft, where there are two oversized chairs that convert into twin beds and a large closet and powder room. Please Note: We do not recommend the loft area as a sleeping area for small children, or a play area if not fully supervised by an adult. This is a great area for teenagers who need their own space.

Under the cottage there is a brand new Weber gas grill and ping pong table for game night! There are also two Adirondack chairs for the referees! Rinse off at the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. Enjoy ample storage for your beach gear. There are two driveways, each with a covered parking bay offering plenty of space to store bikes too! The front deck has two super comfy Adirondack chairs where you can relax and watch the world go by. Bike to the beach from this cottage.

Tarpon Pond Cottages Seabrook are quaint island cottages located off High Hammock Road near the Seabrook Island Club and a short bike ride to the beach. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.
