Villefranche de Rouergue is a 20 minute drive and offers good shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. The airports of Rodez and Toulouse make Clauzel an easily accessible holiday destination.

Clauzel, a converted traditional farmhouse for up to 6 people, boasts exposed beams and original stonework, with an abundance of traditional charm yet offering excellent modern facilities and amenities.
There are three double size bedrooms, three bathrooms, an exceptionally spacious open plan living room (with a sofa bed for extra flexibility), dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen.
The extensive grounds and surrounding countryside offer plenty of walks and nature lovers will be amazed by the varieties of wild flowers, butterflies and birds which fill this unspoiled corner of France. The gardens around the house are landscaped with a delightful sun-trap terrace surrounded by lavender in front of the house, perfect for relaxing or eating al fresco and many trees providing shady spots for guests to sit and enjoy a good book.
The '8' shaped fresh water swimming pool (10m x 4.5m) with Roman steps and a constant depth of 1.3m is built into the hillside and enjoys wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. There are plenty of loungers and parasols on the terrace around the pool which is fully fenced for safety (in accordance with strict French laws) making it perfect for children and adults alike.
Clauzel is great for children who are able to play safely in the fields and woods around the house, untroubled by traffic. Guests should be aware that the grounds around the house are set in hillside and therefore the are some steps to the various levels.
