Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:

- Booking fee 51 €
- Inscription fee 5 €/person
- Bed linen/towels 15 € / person / set (mandatory)
- Guarantee 600 € (will be refunded within 1 week after departure)

The rent includes 100 kwh / week for electricity and 15 cbm/week for water (additional consumption must be paid extra - payable in cash on departure).

Luxurious villa with stunning sea views and private pool. The house is very spacious and comfortably furnished. It also offers plenty of outdoor space to spend a relaxing holiday.

The apartment on the ground floor (pool level) is available for rent.

This has a spacious living-dining room (with air conditioning), American kitchen, 4 bedrooms (3 of which with air conditioning).

The apartment on the 1st floor is not occupied by anyone else during the rental period, so the entire property is for exclusive use.
This apartment could be rented on request for 1.000 €/week for 2 people.

Beautifully landscaped garden with palm trees, cacti and other southern plants, very well maintained. There are various terraces and seating areas with a private atmosphere, spacious sun terraces with loungers and fantastic sea views.

A spacious summer kitchen with seating and barbecue is available.

Restaurants are within walking distance, supermarket 3 km, tennis court 1 km, sandy beach 1.5 - 2 km.

Other Things to Note:
Families with children are preferred or couples over 25 years of age. No groups with singles. Dog up to 10 kg and from 1 year possible.
