This charming 18th-century estate consists of a main building (sleeping up to 8 guests) and two cottages/gites (each sleeping up to 4 guests), making it extremely suitable for several families travelling together.
There is space for 16 people in total.
But individually the holiday homes are great places to stay as well.
There is a communal garden, which is large enough to guarantee everybody's privacy.
Each accommodation also features a private terrace and entrance.
The estate is fully enclosed and has ample parking space.
The perfect place for people looking for peace and quiet. The direct surroundings are ideal for walking, cycling and the location also makes a good base for visits to the large variety of interesting sights in the area.
Major attractions include the castles and wineries of the Loire to the north and the Futuroscope amusement park to the south, but also the popular Puy du Fou theme park.
There's an organic garden at 150 metres of the estate (Les Trois Noyers). This garden is managed locally and it supplies quite a few restaurants throughout the region with its products. The garden features 130 different types of heirloom tomatoes as well as other fruit and vegetables. Products are for sale on site as well.
This renovated holiday home is ideal for a family. It is located in Saint-Jean-de-Sauves, 3 km from a tennis court. In the house, authentic details such as wooden support beams, natural stone walls and the centuries-old fireplace have been preserved.
At 4 km distance you will find a forest, where you can make nice walks. A river flows at 5 km from the house and at 10 km distance there is a recreational lake with a beach. At 150 m from the house you will find an organic garden, where you can get fruit and vegetables. Don't forgot to visit the beautiful castles and wine houses of the Loire, Futuroscope, Puy de Fou and Les Trois Moutiers.
The living room has a cosy wood-burning stove and the open-plan kitchen has a dishwasher and an oven. There is a shared garden and you can relax in the open air on the private terrace. A washing machine is available. There is WiFi available in the house and a maximum of 1 pet is allowed.
The house can only be heated by a wood-burning stove. During the winter months (October to April inclusive) you pay extra for this; this is settled in the service costs that you pay in advance. The accommodation is not heated in any other way. The wood stove provides sufficient heating for the entire accommodation.
