On the ground level is also a bedroom featuring a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe space, and an ensuite bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.

1: Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this home.
2: You have 300 kWh of electricity per week for free. Additional consumption is € 0.35 per kWh.
3: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 6 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.
4: The house is located in a residential area. Parties and noise after 22:00 are strictly prohibited at all times.
5: The pool can be heated on request from April 1 to November 1. The costs are €20 per day and start from the day we turn on the pump.
