Les Iles du Morbihan enjoys a quiet and rural location at 400 m from the hamlet of Port-Blanc, near the beautiful Golfe du Morbihan. Those who are interested in prehistoric time, can visit ‘La Table des Marchands’ in Locmariaquer or the menhirs of Carnac. The centre of the medieval town of Vannes is very lively and offers beautiful half-timbered houses.
We will also mention another few well-known names, guaranteed to offer a great day trip: the peninsulas of Rhuys and Quiberon, the beautiful island of Belle-Île-en-Mer, the citadel of Port-Louis and the castles of Josselin, Suscinio and Rochefort-en-Terre, one of the most beautiful villages of France.
Of course you can also enjoy many water sports, like windsurfing, kayaking and sailing. The immediate vicinity also offers several golf courses. Bretagne is known for its many lighthouses; a few can also be visited. You should!
