On the ground floor you find a living-room with satellite TV, a second living-room with sofas and fireplace, a reading room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining-room with table seating eight people, 1 downstairs bathroom, 1 twin bedroom with bathroom and shower(accessed via 4 steps).
The first floor bedrooms have air conditioning, but there is no need for AC on the ground floor due to the very thick old walls. The kitchen has a dishwasher, two refrigerators and many other accessories. There is WI-FI internet connection throughout the house and a flat screen satellite TV. The functional and elegant bathrooms are realized in Tuscan travertine.
Outside you will enjoy a beautiful private garden with areas for relaxing, a terrace with table and chairs seating eight people for eating “al fresco” surrounded by views of the Chianti hills, and a barbecue.
