The villa is spread across four levels, each designed to provide you with breathtaking views of the sea and the hill.
Inside, two double bedrooms (with king-size beds and ceiling fan) and a spacious living room with two sofa beds and a SmartTV (with Netflix, Youtube, etc.) will welcome you with rustic yet elegant design. One of the double bedrooms offers private access from the street and both rooms have en-suite bathroom.
The kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, and all modern conveniences, invites you to experience local cuisine, while the outdoor area, with a barbecue and a traditional pizza oven, is ready to host memorable dinners under the stars.
The exterior reveals a true corner of paradise: a spacious terrace merges with an elevated green garden, perfect for sunbathing and admiring the breathtaking sea view.
There's also an additional relaxation area with a bench in front of the house, perfect for enjoying the most beautiful sunrises in all of Villasimius. Free street parking is available.
To ensure the utmost care of our property and to allow all our guests to enjoy an impeccable stay, please follow the waste disposal instructions provided on the last pages of the form and inside the house to avoid a fine from €20 to €100.

Key Collection: The keys to the house are located in a keybox at the front of the property. To assist with orientation, photos will be provided.

Keybox Location: Midway up the front stairs, you will find a keybox containing the keys. Use the code which you will find at the end of this email to open the keybox.
Entrance: After retrieving the keys, follow the stairs on the right to the top where you will find the main entrance. Use the smaller key to unlock the door.
Inside the House: The larger key is for internal doors. These doors are located on the left side after ascending a few stairs inside the house, leading to the back terrace.
