Finca Es Coster II is located in the middle of a beautiful hilly landscape with sea views. Enjoy the tranquillity of the surroundings thanks to the secluded location.

First floor
There is a large panoramic window in the entrance area of the finca through which you can let your gaze wander over the landscape. The bright living/dining area has a cozy sofa corner with TV, fireplace and access to the terrace, as well as a dining area. There is another dining area in the fully equipped kitchen, which opens onto the dining room. On this floor there is a bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm) and a bathroom en suite with shower.

Upper floor
On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed (150x200cm). A large window offers an unobstructed view of the idyllic landscape. There is another bathroom with a bathtub.

Basement
In the basement there is another bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm) and direct access to the terrace. Next to it is a bathroom with shower. There is central heating throughout the finca, as well as air conditioning in the bedrooms. The use of the air conditioning is included in the price during the night. The finca can also be booked for 4 people .

Outdoor area
A large veranda covers the terrace with dining table and chill-out area. A staircase leads from the terrace to a beautiful lawn area. You can relax in the shade of the trees, but the area is also suitable as a play area for children. On the other side of the terrace is another lawn area with a pool and sun loungers. This area can be closed off by a small garden door so that smaller children cannot access the pool area unsupervised.

Pool: 4 x 8 m, depth: 160 cm, stair access, sun loungers, cleaned with chlorine. The pool is fenced off so that it is safe for children and is located a few steps up next to the house.

Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. On the day of arrival, luggage can be deposited from 12 noon on request. The minimum stay is 7 nights from April to October and over Christmas. A surcharge applies for bookings of less than the minimum stay.

Additional costs:
The price of this finca is dependent on the number of guests, additional costs may be incurred if additional guests are booked. There is no deposit. The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months. Additional baby sets can be provided on request (8€/set/night). The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site.
