1873 Beachside Tennis - This beautifully decorated and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront corner villa offers breathtaking views from every room. There are gorgeous hardwood floors throughout and the main living area is an open concept.
To the right of the entrance is the washer and dryer. Down this hall is a bedroom with a king bed, two blue and white striped swivel chairs and a 50” Roku TV. The sliding door opens to a covered balcony that overlooks the pool and has beautiful views of the Calibogue Sound. There are two wicker swivel chairs here for you to sit and relax with a book and take in the views. The ensuite bath has a double granite topped vanity and walk-in shower with a pebble stone floor. Straight down the hall on the right is a bathroom with a double granite topped vanity and a tub/shower combo. The bathrooms were recently refreshed with new tile floors and countertops. At the end of the hall is the second bedroom. This room has two queen beds, two chairs, views of the Sound and a 50” Roku TV.
To the left of the entrance is the fully equipped kitchen with stunning granite counters, almost looks like beach sand, stainless steel appliances, off-white cabinets, and four stools at the countertop. The dining room has an oval table that seats six. In the living room you will find a gray sleeper sofa, two pink chairs and a mounted 55” TV. All the natural light streaming in from the windows brightens up the entire villa and offers a beautiful view of the Sound, the landscaped yard and pool! Outside the living room is a wraparound covered balcony that has two chairs and a small table on one side and a patio love seat and white wrought iron table that seats four on the other side. This is a great place to start your day with a cup of coffee and end it with a glass of wine. The famous Hilton Head sunsets can be enjoyed from the balcony as well.
A large beachside swimming pool and propane gas grilling area are available to guests. Located in the highly desirable South Beach Marina area, this villa is just a short walk to the famous Salty Dog Café, shopping, dining, boating, and nightly entertainment. Perfect for a week's vacation or a quick getaway weekend, guests will be sure to revel in the breath-taking sunsets and peaceful setting of Beachside Tennis Villas.
