This 129 sqm villa with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 persons, offers a private garden and swimming pool, as well as a fantastic a sea view, from both indoors and outdoors. A buffet breakfast is included. The villa belongs to a luxurious holiday resort on the East coast of Lefkada, in Lygia, on a lush elevation, surrounded by nature, close to beaches, taverns and activities.
On the ground floor, there is an ample open-space with an equipped modern kitchen, which opens up to living & dining area. 2 people can sleep on the 2 comfortable sofa beds (84*195 cm each). There is direct access to the private terrace and swimming pool, from the living room. There is also a bathroom with shower on the ground floor.
The 1st floor hosts 2 independent bedrooms, each of them with a private bathroom. They both have a beautiful sea view, and open up to a shared balcony. 4 people can be accommodated in the 2 bedrooms.
Cleaning and changing of the towels and linens are made every 3 days.
There is natural shade after 5-6 PM, allowing relaxation in pleasant temperatures during the summer.
LOCATION
This resort is located on the East side of the island. There are plenty places for dining or having a drink around (5 minutes drive).
Lefkada Town, the animated capital of the island is only 6 km away, with lots of taverns, restaurants, coffee places and shopping options. Nidri, the most touristic town in Lefkada, with a bright nightlife is 9 km away. The retreat has access to the main road surrounding the island, convenient for driving to all the spectacular beaches in Lefkada.
