Important : This is a rental for the entire home. You will not be sharing it with anyone and you will have access to everything in the home.
Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico and bad for the environment. Included in the rate is a credit of 40kWh (kilowatt-hour) per day. The credit allotted is typically sufficient for a normal Any additional consumption beyond the allotment will be charged 7 pesos per kWh (about 34 cents USD). SMOKING: Smoking inside the house is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and will result in a $100 USD
DAMAGES/LOST ITEMS: Any damage to the house/property or any missing items will be charged at its retail replacement value plus labor (if applicable).
HOUSEKEEPING: Keep the house clean and respect it as you would like others to respect yours. This is not a hotel. If you leave the house excessively dirty and/or with excessive trash you will be charged a $100-300 deep-clean fee, depending on how bad the mess is.
