This spacious 5-bedroom, stand-alone villa sits on half an acre of manicured gardens with 120 feet of private beachfront access. The open floor plan includes a large foyer with Tiki décor, a generous oceanfront living area, and two dining areas—one indoors and one on the beachfront patio. The Master Bedroom features ocean views and direct access to the expansive patio, while the remaining four bedrooms offer comfort and privacy with ensuite bathrooms.
Guests enjoy exclusive access to the community’s amenities, including a golf course, Rancho restaurant and bar, and clubhouse. Daily maid service, on-site concierge assistance, and gardening and pool care are provided. A private chef can be arranged for an additional fee.
