This villa features two well-equipped bedrooms/living areas sharing the main living space (kitchen, dining area, and living room). The main living space boasts a fully-equipped kitchen with all the essentials, a laundry room off the kitchen with a washer/dryer, an indoor, four-person dining area, and a sunny family room. The family room opens up to a wrap-around deck featuring a gas grill and a private outdoor hot tub. This is exactly what you need to experience endless outdoor entertainment whether it's treating everyone to delicious barbecued meals or soaking in the hot tub.
The bedrooms/living areas are connected to the main living space through a smooth rock path, but they are separate from each other, adding a much-appreciated sense of privacy. Both bedrooms feature a nice wet bar area with a coffee maker and a mini-fridge, a furnished deck, a small sleeping nook, and a beautiful and spacious river rock full bathroom.
