.There are five bedrooms split over several levels, allowing for privacy. Very comfortable beds in all rooms. Three of the bedrooms have views of Lake Annecy :

There are three bathrooms , of which two en suite. Two baths, three showers and three toilets.
Pool towels, Bath and hand towels are provided for each guest at no additional charge.

Bright, open-plan kitchen and dining area with plenty of seating .
If you enjoy entertaining you will love the designer kitchen, fully equipped with all you need to prepare delicious meals : Two ovens ( Steam and convection), large induction hob, large american-style refrigerator, expresso machine, all necessary utensils, dishwasher.

****LAKE ACCESS: 2 km drive to Talloires Bay. Beautiful walk straight down to the lake via a steep country foot-path, with direct access from the garden. Steep walk back up.

All children are welcome, however please note that our stairs inside and outside are not protected for small children.

There is high-speed Fibre WiFi throughout the villa and an office area with a comfortable desk for you to work at.
****Smoking policy:
No smoking allowed anywhere inside the villas. On the terraces we ask our guests to use ashtrays at all times.
